Descrizione
The MACH MDHS-65G is the graphite version of the MDHS-65S high-speed machining centre, built for machining graphite electrodes, with full extraction to keep graphite dust out of the machine and the workshop.
It has a fixed, rigid and thermally stable double-column structure, roller-type linear guides, a built-in HSK 40E spindle (7.5kW, 24,000rpm) with a dedicated chiller, and a servo-driven 12-tool carousel ATC.
The DynaPath WinDelta control gives 10,000-block look-ahead and dynamic path smoothing for accurate contouring and super-fine surface finishes.
